This Shipping Policy explains how BAM TAN processes, dispatches, and delivers customer orders.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays. During busy periods, product launches, promotions, or seasonal peaks, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Shipping

We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, customs checks, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • delivery location
  • order weight
  • parcel size
  • selected shipping method
  • promotional shipping offers

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

BAM TAN is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check your tracking details first.

We will do our best to help investigate the issue with the courier.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the damaged item
  • photos of the packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

We will review the claim and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate.

International Shipping

At launch, BAM TAN may only ship within the UK unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If international shipping becomes available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or local fees that may apply.

Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, refusal, non-collection, or an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
